TOKYO NAIL Terms of Use

Article 1 (Applicability)

Article 2 (Reservations)

Reservation Method
Reservations are required to use the Services and must be made through the reservation calendar on our official website.

Reservation Acceptance Period
Reservations are accepted up to three hours before the desired appointment time. No reservations can be made after this time.

Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from the Store. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Accuracy of Reservation Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation. The Store is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.

Article 3 (Payment)

Payment Method
After reservation confirmation, payment must be made online via credit card. Only VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX contact payments are accepted.

Payment Deadline
Please complete your payment within the specified deadline after receiving the reservation confirmation email. If payment is not confirmed within this period, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

Receipt Issuance
An electronic receipt will be sent by email after payment completion. Please note that paper receipts are not issued.

Article 4 (Cancellation and Changes)

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations or changes after a reservation is confirmed. Please check your schedule carefully before making a reservation.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations for any reason.

Cancellations by the Store
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or power outages, the Store may cancel reservations at our discretion. In such cases, we will contact Users promptly and issue a full refund.

Article 5 (Lateness and Getting Lost)

Lateness
If you will be late for your reservation, please make sure to contact us in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or considered a cancellation. Please note that refunds cannot be provided in such cases, so we kindly ask you to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Getting Lost
If you get lost on the way to the Store, please call the contact number provided in your reservation confirmation email. Our staff will guide you carefully. Also, our official website contains detailed access information and maps, which we recommend checking in advance.

Article 6 (Provision of Services)

ervice Details
The Store offers nail chip creation based on your preferred design, professional application on nine nails, and a self-nail experience on one nail. Full service on all nails is also available upon request.

Group Use
The service is available for groups, such as friends or family. Please complete all reservations and payments in advance for all group members.

Design Selection
You can consult in advance or choose your nail chip design on the day of your appointment. Special designs or materials may incur additional charges.

Article 7 (Infection Prevention and Hygiene Management)

Hygiene Management:
The Store maintains a clean and safe environment, thoroughly disinfecting tools and equipment and managing the health of our staff.

Infection Prevention Measures
Staff wear masks and thoroughly sanitize their hands. We also require Users to sanitize their hands and wear masks upon arrival.

If Unwell
Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as fever or cough. However, cancellations or changes to reservations cannot be made in such cases, so please manage your health carefully.

Article 8 (User Responsibilities)

Compliance
Users must comply with these Terms and any additional instructions specified by the Store.

Liability for Damages
Users are liable for any damage to the Store caused by their intentional or negligent actions.

Prohibited Activities
It is forbidden to engage in behavior that is disruptive to other Users or staff, to damage the Store’s facilities or equipment, or to act against public order and morals. If such behaviors are confirmed, the service may be terminated immediately, and future use may be denied.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

Service Interruption
The Store may temporarily interrupt or suspend the Services due to system failures, maintenance, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. The Store is not liable for any damages incurred by Users due to these interruptions.

Individual Results
Results and satisfaction may vary among Users. The Store is not responsible if the expected results are not achieved.

Valuables Management
Users are responsible for managing their valuables inside the Store. The Store is not liable for any loss or theft.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

Purpose of Use
The Store collects and uses personal information within the necessary scope for reservation management, service provision, communication with Users, and service improvement.

Third-Party Provision
Personal information will not be provided to third parties without User consent, except as required by law.

Information Management
The Store manages Users’ personal information appropriately and strives to prevent information leakage. Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" for more details.

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)

Right to Amend
The Store may amend these Terms without obtaining User consent if deemed necessary.

Notification
Changes to the Terms will be posted on the Store's official website. By using the Services after changes are posted, Users are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Agreed Jurisdiction: In case of disputes related to these Services, the court located in the jurisdiction of the Store’s location will be the exclusive court of first instance.
